At the distal edges (64), a distal elastic body (65) is attached contractably in an extended state. Front-back waist elastic bodies (91, 92) and front-back leg elastic bodies (93, 94) are attached between a back surface sheet (30) and a leak-prevention sheet (70). A portion of the front-back waist elastic bodies (91, 92) overlap the non-skin-facing surface of the absorbent body (40). The front-back leg elastic bodies (93, 94) have: both-edge portions (93a, 94a) extending along both edges (16) of a chassis (10) and central portions (93b, 94b) that are between the both-edge portions (93a, 94a) and extend in the lateral direction (X) cutting across an imaginary vertical center line (P-P). At least the central portions (93b, 94b) overlap the absorbent body (40) and the central portions (93b, 94b) intersect each other at an intersection point (95).
