Disclosed herein is a topical composition that contains (a) a plant meristem conditioned nutrient medium derived from the plants of the genus Oryza； (b) a preservative present at an amount sufficient to provide sterilizing or biostatic efficacy with respect to component (a)； and (c) a dermatologically acceptable vehicle.
