摘要:
FIELD: medicine sports.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sports medicine, pedagogy, is designed to diagnose cognitive motor components of athletes abilities. Method is carried out on the field with a light-dynamic illumination. Wherein the light zones allocated by light, are forbidden for an athlete and/or a gymnastic apparatus. Zones simulate the opposition of rival players and, moving, impede the movement of an athlete, who assesses the simulated game situation, commensurates his/her technical and speed capabilities with the dynamics of the movement of the above-mentioned forbidden zones (FZ) and makes a stroke of the FZ, imitating rivals. Wherein the balanced mode of physical and intellectual load is set where a predetermined number of the FZ of a given diameter moves on the playing field. Their movements are predictable for an athlete, and the predictability of changing the game situation is determined by the operation of the software and hardware complex (SHC), by moving the ZP with rectilinear segments until they collide with the boundaries of the playing field and/or with each other. Movements are formed as an imitation of impact interactions of absolutely elastic bodies of equal mass in accordance with the existing laws of mechanics. On the playing field at the same time two opposing athletes-rivals are tested with sports equipment or without them. Depending on the preparedness of athletes and diagnostic tasks, the diameter, number and speed of the FZ, size and configuration of the field are set. Task is set for an athlete: to pass the specified number of times on a given counter or parallel route through the playing field, creating additional obstacles for his/her opponent as quickly as possible without mistakes. Athlete evaluates the simulated game situation, commensurates his/her technical and speed capabilities with the dynamics of the movement of the FZ and the opponent, after which he/she makes maneuvers bypassing the FZ or the opponent, or purposefully b
