An endoluminal prosthesis system includes a tubular graft (72) having a pocket (200) on the exterior of a graft (72). The graft (72) further includes a wire (218) extending within a lumen of the graft, with the wire (218) extending through the passageway and into the pocket (200). A branch extension (92) can be inserted over the wire (218) and into engagement with the pocket (200) and the passageway, where the branch extension (92) can be sealed with the pocket (200) and the passageway to seal the otherwise unused passageway in the graft (72).
