PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial agent composition that is excellent in antibacterial properties, has low irritation to human skin and is safe, and exhibits high antibacterial properties when used by impregnating a base cloth with the antibacterial agent composition.SOLUTION: The antibacterial agent composition comprises components (A) and (B) as given below: the component (A) is an iodopropynyl butylcarbamate and the component (B) is at least one kind of compound selected from a dialkyl dimethyl ammonium halide and an alkyldiaminoethylglycine hydrochloride.
