A method for tracking dose pattern and patient response may include determining, based at least on one or more dose events at a pump configured to deliver a medication to a patient, a dose pattern for delivering the medication to the patient. One or more vital signs associated with the patient may be received from a patient monitor. A presence of one or more anomalies may be determined based at least on the dose pattern at the pump and the one or more vital signs of the patient. An electronic alert may be sent to a mobile device in response to determining the presence of the one or more anomalies.
