PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical catheter which is configured to omit the operation to insert a guide wire into the catheter before inserting the guide wire into a patient and enable one-person-operation, and to provide its container.SOLUTION: From the distal end of the catheter, a guide part 4, a viewing part 16 and a balloon setting part 21 are set in this order. The viewing part 16 is configured so that a state inside a body tube 2 can be confirmed by viewing and observation using x-ray. Inside the lumen set ranging from the proximal end of the catheter to the viewing part 16, the guide wire 20 is preliminarily inserted.
