PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition capable of effectively preventing or treating cancer.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer includes: a fusion protein consisting of a protein including a polypeptide, which specifically binds to Annexin A1, and a protein, which is bound to the end of the above protein and includes a polypeptide inducing cytotoxicity of cytotoxic lymphocytes and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
