Disclosed are a daily medicine case and a medicine supplying system using the same. The medicine supplying system comprises: daily medicine case unit coupling modules； a loading part loading the daily medicine case unit coupling modules； a sensing part installed on an upper side of the loading part to detect loaded locations of the daily medicine case unit coupling modules on the loading part； an informing part informing a medicine taker of a warning signal when the sensing part detects the daily medicine case unit coupling modules on the loading part after a predetermined time has been elapsed； and a mobile device informing the medicine taker of the warning signal generated from the informing part. In order to correspond to inner lateral sides of the daily medicine case unit coupling modules, the loading part has a pillar extended to be the same as or higher than heights of the loaded daily medicine case unit coupling modules. A support is provided at a lower end of the pillar to support the daily medicine case unit coupling modules coupled to the pillar. The sensing part comprises a first sensor and a second sensor to detect the presence of the daily medicine case unit coupling modules. The second sensor is separated from the first sensor to correspond to the heights of the daily medicine case unit coupling modules.
