The present invention relates to a container for a centrifuge, a centrifugal separation method using the same, and a method for isolating stromal vascular fraction (SVF) using the same. Specifically, the container for a centrifuge comprises: a rotatable body part (300) provided with a side part storing part (310) which is in a radial shape extended toward the outside and is formed on the side surface of the body part； and a plate (150) where the end of the radial shape is located. Thus, a stirring effect is actually removed, isolation efficiency is improved, and an excellent SVF yield is secured.본 발명은 원심 분리기에 사용되는 용기와, 이를 이용한 원심 분리 방법과, 이를 이용하여 SVF(stromal vascular fraction)를 분리하기 위한 방법을 제공한다. 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 원심 분리기용 용기의 회전 가능한 몸체부(300)에는 측면에 외측으로 적어도 방사상 일부가 연장된 측부 수용부(310)가 제공되고, 여기에 방사상 말단이 위치하는 플레이트(150)이 위치한다. 이로 인하여 스터링 효과가 실질적으로 제거되고 분리 효율이 높으며 우수한 SVF 수득률을 획득한다.
