Eur. Paddle Method at 100 rpm in 0.1 N hydrochloric acid at 37°C and using UV detection at 230 nm, > 75% of oxycodone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof by weight and > 75 % of naloxone or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof by weight at 45 min, and the use thereof in the treatment of pain.
