CONSTITUTION: A portable skin beauty improvement device comprises a housing (10), a water tank, an electrobath (30), an ionizer (40), a control unit (50), and a spray unit (70). The water tank comprises a water level controlling unit (23) controls the level of water, and an oxygen outlet (27). The elecrobath comprises: an anode chamber, connected to the lower side of the water tank and supplied with water, in which a positive plate is installed and oxygen is generated； a cathode chamber, having a hydrogen outlet in one side, in which a negative plate is installed and hydrogen is generated； and a membrane element divides the anode chamber and the cathode chamber. One side of the ionizer is connected to a blower motor (41), and an ion outlet (42) is formed in the other side of the ionizer. The control unit comprises a circuit unit (53) and a power supply unit (51) supplying power source to the respective electrobath, ionizer, and blower motor.
