The device includes a wedge arranged between a pair of forming rollers an injection valve coupled to the wedge a pumping unit which pumps medicine stored in a hopper and a connection unit which connects the pumping unit to the injection valve and supplies medicine pumped by the pumping unit to the injection valve.
