The present disclosure relates to the field of pallets. A pallet (100) disclosed is easily recyclable. The pallet (100) comprises a base plate (102), a plurality of support legs (106), a plurality of recesses (108), and a plurality of pads (110). The base plate (102) is configured to withstand the load disposed thereon. The plurality of support legs (106) extends from an operative bottom surface of the base plate (102). The plurality of recesses (108) is formed at predetermined locations on an operative top surface of the base plate (102). The plurality of pads (110) is made of compressible and resilient material, typically expanded polypropylene (EPP) and expanded polyethylene (EPE), and is configured to be disposed in the plurality of recesses (108). The base plate (102) and the support legs (106) are made of a material selected from the group consisting of polypropylene (PP) and high density polyethylene (HDPE).
