PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily smooth and take up wrinkles and slack by just a single-handed operation and simultaneously therewith, locally energize a weak current to only the part.SOLUTION: A cosmetic apparatus includes T-shaped electrodes that are disposed at a tip end of an easy-to-grip cylindrical body. By changing lengths of supports of the T-shaped electrodes, wrinkles and slack are smoothed and taken up with a longer electrode, the smoothed and taken-up part is fixed with a shorter electrode, and simultaneously therewith, a weak current is energized to only the part over which the two electrodes straddle.
