PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately notify when there is an abnormality in transfusion.SOLUTION: A transfusion monitoring system for performing transfusion monitoring by a transfusion adjustment control system for performing adjustment control of an amount of liquid flowing through a transfusion tube 11 includes: a pressure sensor 13 which is detection means for detecting a state of flow of the liquid by the transfusion adjustment control system； local side transmission means for transmitting detection result information by the detection means； center side reception means for receiving the detection result information； abnormality output means for, regarding the transfusion by the transfusion adjustment control system, monitoring at least the information on end notification, detecting a transfusion abnormality based on the monitoring result and the detection result information received by the center side reception means, and performing abnormality detection output； and display means for displaying the transfusion abnormality in response to the output from the abnormality output means.
