<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein a conventional structure in which water is pressure-fed from a water tank and is ejected from an ejection groove in a particulate form makes particles coarse and generates large particles, and dispersing the large particles to a distance requires enlargement of rotation frequency and/or speed/a blast amount of a rotary plate, which needs more power consumption and more energy consumption, and might encourage environmental destruction, and problems of wetting crop or livestock and generation of diseases due to dropping of the large particles which are not dispersed. <;P>;SOLUTION: An open-type casing is provided with a rotary shaft suspended to the casing, a rotary blade fixed to the rotary shaft, and a motor for rotating the rotary blade. The casing is provided with a tube for atomizing with a blocked base end side and a rotation plate in an annular body installed inside the tube to have a space between them. The rotation plate is provided with a pump for pressure-feeding water. A large number of inclined protrusions and penetration holes are provided in the short-hand direction of a circumferential surface (a surface X) of the annular body. The inclination surfaces of the inclined protrusions stand to be bent at approximately 90 degrees to the longitudinal direction of the circumferential surface (the surface X). <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
