PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed back to a doctor on information based on the state of an affected part when a patient as a subject is imaged under imaging instructions from the doctor.SOLUTION: An imaging device 130 acquires imaging instructions including an imaged part of a subject, and displays on a display unit 135 the imaged part with information indicative of the subject. Then, the imaging device 130 accepts imaging commands with the imaged part and the information indicative of the subject being displayed on the display unit 135. Then, an imaging unit 134 of the imaging device 130 performs imaging processing of the subject according to the acceptance of the imaging commands. Then, the imaging device 130 adds the information based on the state of the affected part of the subject imaged by the imaging unit 134 to the image data generated by the imaging processing.
