PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument managing support cart which enables the individual check of surgical instruments to be used corresponding to records and types of surgery handily without labors.SOLUTION: The cart 6 has a transmitting part 2 attached to each of the surgical instruments 1, a rack 8A on which managed articles such as the surgical instruments 1 are placed and a receiving part 3 disposed on this rack 8A for receiving radio waves transmitted from the transmitting parts 2, and is furthermore provided with a communication part 4 which receives information pertaining to the surgical instruments being sent with the radio waves received by the receiving part 3.
