PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt seat capable of facilitating operation for releasing the lock of a tilt lock mechanism and operation for tilting a seat body.SOLUTION: The tilt seat includes: a seat holder 70 provided so as to be tiltable by a tilt mechanism 80, with respect to a tilt base member 50 and a seat body 1. The tilt mechanism 80 includes: a tilt shaft 81 for tiltably connecting the seat holder 70 to the tilt base member and a tilt link 82 that extends over a rear side part of the tilt base member 50 in a longitudinal direction and a rear side part of the seat holder 70 in the longitudinal direction, and both ends of which are connected to the tilt base member and to the seat holder, by connection shafts. A tilt lock mechanism having a tilt lock member 244 is provided between the tilt base member 50 and the seat holder 70. A grip member 5 is provided at a seat back 3.
