An apparatus and a method for automatic multifocal inspection of a multifocal intraocular lens using a fundus camera are provided. In the multifocal function automatic test method of the multifocal intraocular lens using a fundus camera according to an embodiment of the present invention, the fundus is photographed while gradually compensating for defocus on the fundus of the eye into which the multifocal intraocular lens is inserted using a fundus camera. And calculating sharpness for each defocus of the fundus image captured by the control unit, and quantifying the sharpness of the defocus by the control unit.안저 카메라를 이용한 다초점 인공수정체의 다초점기능 자동검사 장치 및 그 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 안저 카메라를 이용한 다초점 인공수정체의 다초점기능 자동검사 방법은 안저 카메라를 이용하여 다초점 인공수정체를 삽입한 눈의 안저에 대한 디포커스를 단계적으로 보상하면서 안저를 촬영하는 단계, 제어부에 의해 촬영된 안저 이미지에 대한 디포커스별 선명도를 산출하는 단계 및 제어부에 의해 디포커스에 대한 선명도를 정량화하는 단계를 포함한다.
