PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking machine preventing breakage of a heater and eliminating water leakage.SOLUTION: In this cooking machine in which a heating section of a heater 1 is inserted in a heating pot 5 and attached thereto, the heater 1 is an infrared heater having a carbonaceous heating body sealed in a fused quarts tube 2. The base of the heater 1 is attached to a side wall of the heating pot 5 by a base support structure 10, the end of the heater 1 is attached to the side wall of the heating pot 5 by an end support structure 20, and the base support structure 10 and the end support structure 20 support both sides of the heater 1. The base support structure 10 includes a fixed flange 11 fixed to the side wall of the heating pot 5, a pressing flange 12 attached to the fixed flange 11 with a bolt, and O rings 13 and 14 disposed between the fixed flange 11 and the pressing flange 12. The O rings 13 and 14 are clamped by the fixing flange 11 by means of the pressing flange 12 to be tightly attached to the outer periphery of a straight pipe part of the heater 1, thereby eliminating the water leakage.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】ヒータの破損を防止でき、水漏れも生じない加熱調理機を提供する。【解決手段】ヒータ1の発熱部を加熱釜5内に挿入して取付けた加熱調理機であって、ヒータ1が、炭素質発熱体を石英ガラス管2に封入した赤外線ヒータであり、ヒータ1の基部を基部支持構造10で加熱釜5の側壁に取付け、ヒータ1の先端部を先端部支持構造20で加熱釜5の側壁に取付け、基部支持構造10と先端部支持構造20でヒータ1を両持ち支持している。基部支持構造10が、加熱釜5の側壁に固定される固定フランジ11と、固定フランジ11に対しボルトで取付けられる押えフランジ12と、固定フランジ11と押えフランジ12の間に配置されるOリング13,14とからなり、Oリング13,14は押えフランジ12によって固定フランジ11に挟まれて、ヒータ1の直管状部分の外周に密着するので、水漏れが生じない。【選択図】図1
