PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table-top washing apparatus for medical instrument which can effectively wash the inside of a tubular medical instrument, does not contaminate other medical instruments, can be comfortably used by a washing worker, is compact, and has an efficient washing capability.SOLUTION: This table-top washing apparatus for medical instrument includes a washing tub equipped with an ultrasonic oscillating means, a water feeding path, a circulation path, and a waste liquid path. The table-top washing apparatus washes tubular medical instruments or the like as washing objects, and includes a suction path which is connected with a suction tank from the washing tub through a washing object. A valve is installed between the connecting section of the washing object and the suction tank, and a suction pump is connected with the suction tank. In the table-top washing apparatus for medical instrument, a washing liquid is accumulated in the washing tub, and the inside of the suction tank is made a negative pressure by the suction pump.
