PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elongate a curved part in order to gently bend a connection pipe and to prevent the interference with another member arranged in an insertion part.SOLUTION: The connection pipe 23, of which leading end part is inserted in and fitted to the treatment device insertion passage 22 formed to the leading end body 4 constituting a leading end hard part 2c, is formed into a curved shape and extended into the leading end ring 5 constituting the curved part 2b in a backward warped state to be backward warped from the state almost coming into contact with the inner surface of the leading end ring 5.
