Disclosed is a method for manufacturing an artificial eyeball, which comprises the steps of: generating artificial eyeball composite data having 3D shape information on an artificial eyeball and surface treatment information on a 3D molded article； forming an artificial eyeball base in a 3D printer on the basis of the 3D shape information； arranging the molded artificial eyeball base in a support unit； and performing surface treatment for a surface of the artificial eyeball base arranged on the support unit on the basis of the surface treatment information. Therefore, an artificial eyeball with high quality can be completed with uniform quality by accurately, conveniently, and efficiently performing various kinds of surface treatments with respect to a mold-completed artificial eyeball base.인공안구의 제조 방법가 개시된다. 이 방법은 인공안구의 3D형상정보와 3D성형물의 표면처리정보를 가진 인공안구 복합데이터를 생성하는 단계, 3D형상정보를 기초로 인공안구 베이스를 3D프린터에서 성형하는 단계, 성형된 인공안구 베이스를 지지부에 배치하는 단계 및 표면처리정보에 기초하여 지지부에 배치된 인공안구 베이스의 표면에 대해 표면처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 성형이 완료된 인공안구 베이스에 대하여 다양한 종류의 표면처리를 정확하고 편리하고 효율적으로 수행함으로써 고품질의 인공안구를 균일한 품질로 완성할 수 있다.
