The invention relates to oral hygiene agents, dental hygiene agents, and cleaning agents, containing – based on the weight thereof: a) 0.001 to 5 wt% of copolymer(s), comprising at least one structural unit of the formula (A1) and at least one structural unit of the formula (A2) (A1) (A2), wherein R1 represents a C1 to C18) alkyl group, R2 represents a C1 to C6 alkyl group, M represents a hydrogen atom or an equivalent of a monovalent-or multivalent cation b) 0.01 to 5 wt% of at least one compound of the formula (PP-I) (PP-I), wherein R1 represents hydrogen or a linear or branched alkyl group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R2 and R3, respectively independently of each other, represent a linear or branched alkyl group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms or R2 and R3 form a cyclic group with 4 to 8 carbon atoms and possibly a heteroatom, selected from the group comprising N, O and S, and X+ represents, independently of one another, H+, Li+, Na+, K+, NH4 +, 1/2 Mg2+, 1/2 Ca2+, 1/2 Mn2+, 1/2 Zn2+, 1/3 Al3+, 1/4 Zr4+, lead synergistically to an improvement in the cleaning power of stains on teeth and the improved prevention of tartar re-formation without leading to increased abrasion of tooth substance.
