Disclosed is a skin treatment device using a radio frequency (RF) needle. The skin treatment device comprises: the RF needle including a pin part, a head part, and an insertion part a holder including a penetration part where the pin part is inserted into and having a through-hole at one end to allow the insertion part to penetrate and a handpiece detachably coupled to the other end of the holder and offering an RF signal and pressure to the head part.
