The present invention relates to a handle-attached cap, in which a tip portion formed at a handle shaft is connected to the loop side of the cap in a manner of the point connection. When in use, the handle is operated to make the cap align with the metal ball of the dental abutment. Then, one hand presses the top surface of the cap, and the other hand rotates and pulls the handle shaft to make it release from the cap, thereby completing the installation process of the cap. The present handle-attached cap includes: a cap, wherein an opening is formed on the bottom surface or top surface to allow the cap to be installed on the top surface of the dental abutment； and a handle shaft whose one end converges to be a tip portion for connecting to the loop side of the cap.本發明創作係關於一種附柄之帽扣，主要係透過一握持桿成一尖部，以點連接之方式與帽扣之環側連接，使用時透過操作該握持桿，令該帽扣與支台齒之金屬球對應後，一手壓住該帽扣頂面，另一手轉動、拉拔該握持桿，令該握持桿脫離該帽扣，藉以完成帽扣安裝過程。
