PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine hollow structure having reduced variation in dimensions of protrusion parts and the protrusion parts guaranteed with dimensional stability.SOLUTION: A hollow structure 10 includes: a substrate 11 provided with a first hollow part 12a and a protrusion part 13 provided with a second hollow part 12b communicated to both of the first hollow part and the outside and protruding from the substrate.
