PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel combination of anti-cancer agents, which can achieve the potentiation of an anti-tumor activity.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, which can be used in combination with an existing specific anti-cancer agent or a specific anti-cancer agent that is currently under development and contains N-{2-methoxy-4-[4-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-piperidin-1-yl]phenyl}-N-[2-(propane-2-sulfonyl)phenyl]-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
