PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based resin composition for medical members, which is capable of satisfying the quality of a dialysis fluid supply part and that of a dialysis fluid circuit and a testing method 1(2), which are two (the quality and the method) of approval standards for dialysis-type artificial kidney apparatuses, and that has excellent transparency and to provide the medical member obtained by using the propylene-based resin composition for medical members.SOLUTION: The propylene-based resin composition for medical members contains 100 pts. mass of a propylene-based block copolymer and 0.01-0.6 pts. wt. of a nucleating agent shown by general formula (1). The propylene-based block copolymer contains 40-95 wt.% of a propylene-based (co)polymer component (A) having 0-5 wt.% ethylene content and 5-60 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer component (B) having 10-30 wt.% ethylene content and has 0.5-1.3 of the intrinsic viscosity ratio ([&eegr]B/[&eegr]A) of the propylene-ethylene random copolymer component (B) and the propylene-based (co)polymer component (A).
