The present invention relates to a composition for crackers or snacks through components of laver and nuts, and a method for manufacturing the same. The composition of the present invention comprises: 20-30% of weak flour 2-4% of milk powder 0.1-0.5% of baking powder 3-7% of cocoa 16-25% of butter 15-20% of sugar 15-19% of eggs 0.1-0.5% of vanilla 5-11% of nuts and 0.1-0.5% of laver.
