An oral dosing syringe (2,fig.1) features a barrel 4, inner chamber 14, a channel 20, and an end cap 8, the barrel 4 featuring an internal threaded section 38 , mutually engageable with a threaded section on the end cap 8. As opposed to an external thread, the internal thread may better protect a patients mouth. The syringe having a cap 8 and no external thread, may also stop the syringe being mistaken for another form of syringe.
