PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique that distributes a non-working area between multiple working vehicles and regenerates each route, and thereby can effectively utilize vehicle resources and improve work efficiency, when the working vehicle is added in a field by the working vehicle coming for support from the other field on the way where the working vehicle works along a predetermined route in the field.SOLUTION: A route generation system includes a route generation unit for generating a route of a working vehicle.
