<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which is highly safe and has an excellent effect of reducing a body fat and a neutral fat such as a visceral fat and a subcutaneous fat, and to provide a food, a pharmaceutical preparation and a feed each containing the composition. <；P>；SOLUTION: The composition for oral administration is provided, comprising a carotenoid and a flavonoid and/or a derivative thereof and having the effect(s) of reducing a body fat and/or a neutral fat.
