PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greenhouse for cultivation, having take-up rollers for opening/closing a cover and the lining, capable of preventing interruption of the operation of the take-up rollers and deformation or breaking of take-up shafts caused by freezing of water accumulated around the take-up rollers in the greenhouse.SOLUTION: The greenhouse for cultivation includes: frame bodies (1 and 1a)； covers (2, 2a and 2b) made of synthetic resin films or sheets spread in the frame bodies (1 and 1a)； and take-up rollers (4, 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d) having the take-up shafts (40) for taking up or feeding out the covers (2, 2a and 2b) while the take-up shafts (40) themselves move on or along the frame bodies (1 and 1a) when the covers (2, 2a and 2b) are opened/closed. A necessary number of water permeable holes (21) for discharging rain water or dew-condensation water collected in hollows formed between the spread covers (2, 2a and 2b) and the covers (2, 2a and 2b) taken up in rolls or the take-up shafts (40) are disposed in stopping positions of the take-up rollers (4, 4a, 4b, 4c and 4d).
