The hopper of the present invention includes a vibration lever which discharges the seeds through the discharge roller, and hits a rotation body connected to the discharge roller to vibrate the discharge roller and the hopper in order to smoothly discharge the seeds. The seeds are discharged through the rotation of the discharge roller, the discharge roller is vibrated at constant intervals, and at the same time, is vibrated in one direction of the hopper, and thus the seeds inputted in the hopper have the constant orientation and are arranged.
