Disclosed is a stent surgical instrument which comprises: a stent structure formed by a mesh having a circular contact point and an adjacent point at both ends, and inserted into a blood vessel while being loaded into a catheter to be drawn out of the catheter at a target site； a push member that moves the stent structure through the catheter in contact with the adjacent point； and an opening/closing wire connected to the circular contact point formed on the front surface of the stent structure, and when pulled in the direction of the adjacent point from the circular contact point, the opening/closing wire closes the front of the stent structure which is opened by being drawn out from the catheter around the circular contact point.
