<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cooking food using superheated steam, and increasing the use efficiency of energy. <；P>；SOLUTION: This method for cooking food includes leading high-pressure superheated steam to a heat exchanger 3 in a heater, indirectly heating food, collecting steam after heat exchange followed by converting to superheated steam by a reheat super heater 4, and reusing the superheated steam for directly heating the food in a cooking device 2 so as to decrease the usage of steam and use energy. Furthermore, it is possible to further increase energy efficiency by setting a plurality of the heat exchangers 3 for using indirect heating and reusing superheated steam at a plurality of times. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
