PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extremely easily achieving a strengthened blood vessel, and to provide a pressurization/depressurization control system to be used in executing the method.SOLUTION: A pressurization/depressurization control system 1 comprises: belts for applying pressurizing force to specific portions of user's arms and legs by being wound around the specific portions； and a controller for controlling the pressurizing force to be applied to the specific portions by the belts. The controller controls the pressurizing force to be applied by the belts so as to alternately repeat: a pressurization action of applying prescribed pressurizing force to the specific portions； and a depressurization action of completely removing the pressurizing force applied to the specific portions through the pressurization action. The repetition of these pressurization and depressurization actions increases nitric monoxide to be generated from endothelial cells of a user's blood vessel, thereby strengthens the blood vessel.【課題】きわめて容易に血管強化を実現させる方法及びその方法を実施する際に使用される加除圧制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】使用者の四肢の特定部分に巻き付けられて特定部分に加圧力を付与するように構成されたベルトと、ベルトにより特定部分に付与される加圧力の制御を行う制御装置と、を備える加除圧制御システム１である。制御装置は、特定部分に所定の加圧力を付与する加圧動作と、加圧動作により特定部分に付与された加圧力を完全に除去する除圧動作と、を交互に繰り返すようにベルトにより付与される加圧力の制御を行う。これら加圧動作及び除圧動作の繰り返しにより、使用者の血管の血管内皮細胞から生成される一酸化窒素を増加させ、もって血管を強化する。【選択図】図１
