A wearable device is disclosed and comprises a monitoring main body, gas actuator, an airbag, a driving and controlling module, and a sensor. The monitoring main body comprises a main body slot. At least a gas communication hole is disposed on an outer frame of the main body slot, and inside the gas communication hole is covered with a protective membrane so that the space inside the main body slot is waterproof and dustproof. The gas actuator is disposed inside the monitoring main body, and the gas is introduced into the main body slot for being transmitted by the gas actuator. The airbag is disposed outside the monitoring main body and is in communication with the gas actuator. The gas actuator is actuated for transmitting the gas to gather within the airbag so that the airbag is gas-filled and is inflated outside the monitoring main body. The driving and controlling module controls the actuation of the gas actuator.
