PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall paper having antibacterial property and antifungal property and persistence property in the wall paper, and made so as to retain the properties after being constructed therewith just after production, and a construction method.SOLUTION: A non-sublimable drug is selected as an antibacterial and antifungal drug and mixed with coating or polyvinyl chloride paste. There are a drug which has an effect by contacting bacteria, and a drug which has sustained release property and persistence property by wrapping a drug having sublimability with an inorganic layer-like matter. Wall paper base paper comprises two layers of a backing sheet and a cover sheet, and the drug is included in an adhesive agent for sticking each of the layers so as to put a chemical component into between the sheets and avoid propagation of mold. One layer wall paper is constructed by mixing the drug with paste for wall paper construction so as to spread the chemical component between the sheets and avoid invasion of mold.【課題】壁紙における抗菌性、防カビ性が持続性があり製造直後の性能が施工された後も維持されるように作られた壁紙及び施工方法。【解決方法】抗菌防カビ薬剤として非昇華性薬剤を選択して塗料或いは塩ビペーストに混合する。薬剤は菌に接触して効果のあるものと昇華性の有る薬剤を無機層状物で包み込んで徐放性を持たせて持続性を持たせたものが有る。壁紙原紙としては裏紙と表紙の２層からなるものが有るが各層を貼り合わせる接着剤に前記薬剤を含有させて薬剤成分を紙間に持たせてカビの繁殖を防ぐ。１層の壁紙は壁紙施工の糊の中に前記薬剤を混合して施工することにより紙間に薬剤成分が行き渡りカビの侵入を防ぐ。【選択図】なし
