A particularly mild, highly foaming, and conditioning cosmetic cleansing agent includes, in a suitable carrier, a) at least one anionic surfactant according to the following formula (I), in which the radicals R2 to R5 each represent a hydrogen atom, and b) at least one anionic surfactant according to the following formula (I), in which at least one of the radicals R2 to R5 represents a C1-C4 alkyl radical and the other radicals independently of one another represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C4 alkyl radical, wherein R1 in each case represents a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl radical having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, and M+ in each case represents an ammonium cation, an alkanol ammonium cation or a metal cation.
