The system operates by using parameters regarding the functional status of an individual, analytically and expertly processing all inputted parameters, creating a specific parametric model and generating a personalized graphical model for a visual and intuitively understandable display of current status and of any functional issues. The system can include game elements, using a simple, convenient and intuitively understandable graphical reproduction of inputted parameters.
