The present disclosure provides a pharmaceutical composition inmultilayer-coated form including an omega-3 fatty acid or an alkyl esterthereofand a statin-based drug, and more particularly, a pharmaceutical compositionfororal administration including: (a) a gelatin capsule core containing an omega-3fatty acid or an alkyl ester thereof； (b) a first coating layer formed bycoating, onthe gelatin capsule core, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and a copolymer ofbutylmethacrylate, (2-demethylaminoeethyl) methacrylate, and methyl methacrylate ata weight ratio of 1:2:1； and (c) a second coating layer formed by coating, onthefirst coating layer, a coating solution containing a statin-based drug.
