The object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic for makeup, more specifically, a cosmetic having good coloring, excellent maintinence, easy to pick up, and without skewness even thought it feels flexible.Provided is a cosmetic for makeup, comprising: (A) a silicone gel containing a cross-linking type polyether modified silicone and a silicone oil, (B) an oil, and (C) a powder. Preferably, the above silicone gel uses a gel containing 20~30% by mass of a cross-linking type polyether modified silicone and 70~80% by mass of silicone oil.本發明之目的係提供一種彩妝化妝料,特別是顯色良好、持妝優異、好沾取,即使為富含彈性的觸感,亦不會使製品偏靠一邊者。本發明係提供彩妝化妝料,其特徵係含有:(A)包含交聯型聚醚改質聚矽氧及聚矽氧油之聚矽氧凝膠、(B)油分、以及(C)粉末。上述聚矽氧凝膠係以使用包含20至30質量%之交聯型聚醚改質聚矽氧與70至80質量%之聚矽氧油者為佳。
