Invention herewith described refers to the protection of the pharmaceutical dosage form of the granules with ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine (particle sizes of 50 to 200 &mum), as active components and the process for their production, which achieves a significant shortening of the duration of the process (up to 50%), while lowering the temperature, which is of particular importance if one takes into account the thermal sensitivity of ibuprofen.
