The present invention relates to an apparatus for inducing oviposition of a queen bee, which is capable of transferring eggs oviposited by a queen bee to a queen cell stand without a transfer work. The apparatus for inducing oviposition of a queen bee comprises: a frame having a rectangular frame shape with an upper part opened to form a bottom surface inside, and having a plurality of oviposition induction holes for inducing oviposition of the queen bee arranged at regular intervals to be parallel in a horizontal longitudinal direction and penetrating the bottom surface in a vertical direction; a plurality of oviposition members having a long beam shape, each arranged in parallel at regular intervals along a horizontal longitudinal direction and coupled to a lower surface of the frame, having a plurality of mounting protrusions each protruding upward and inserted into a lower part of each of the oviposition holes, and mounting eggs oviposited by the queen bee on an upper surface of each of the mounting holes; and a cover coupled to be detached so as to seal an opened upper part of the frame and having a door installed to be opened and closed such that a queen bee accesses. The queen cell stand has oviposition member coupling grooves dent to insert and couple the oviposition members and has mounting protrusion insertion holes penetrating in a vertical direction from lower surfaces of queen cells, respectively.
