PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an ophthalmic solution compounded with tetrahydrozoline or a salt thereof, neostigmine or a salt thereof, berberine or a salt thereof, chlorpheniramine or a salt thereof, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 or salt thereof, panthenol, taurine, chondroitin sulfate or a salt thereof, terpenoid, glycyrrhizic acid or a salt thereof, and an ophthalmic solution additionally compounded with aspartic acid or a salt thereof cause troubles such as gelation or precipitation under a low temperature condition.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical solution is compounded with epsilon-aminocaproic acid to obtain the stable ophthalmic solution not gelled or precipitated even under a low temperature condition.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】テトラヒドロゾリン又はその塩、ネオスチグミン又はその塩、ベルベリン又はその塩、クロルフェニラミン又はその塩、ビタミンB12、ビタミンB6又はその塩、パンテノール、タウリン、コンドロイチン硫酸エステル又はその塩、テルペノイド、グリチルリチン酸又はその塩を配合した点眼液、更にはアスパラギン酸又はその塩を配合した点眼液は、低温条件下でその薬液がゲル状になったり沈殿が生じたりするという不具合があった。【解決手段】しかし、このような薬液にイプシロン-アミノカプロン酸を配合することで、低温条件下であっても、ゲル状化、沈殿の発生をしない安定な点眼液が得られた。
