The handpiece for a skin care device comprises: a suction head (100) which includes a cup unit (110) in the center thereof, a rim unit (120) protruding outwardly from the top of the cup unit (110), and a recess (112) formed concavely in the center of the bottom surface of the inside of the cup unit (110), and also includes a suction hole (113) at the center of the bottom of the inside of the recess (112) in order to communicate with a suction hose (200) connected from a vacuum pump in the outside a housing (400) which is combined with the lower part of the suction head (100) and a filter assembly (700) which is combined with the recess (112) in an insertion type in order to cover the suction hole (113). In addition, the filter assembly (700) comprises: a filter casing (C) and a filter material (F) which is inserted into the inner surface of the filter casing (C). Moreover, the filter casing (C) includes an air suction hole (722) which is formed at a position separated at a predetermined height from the bottom of the cup unit (110), in order to suppress inflow of cosmetics, flowed to the bottom surface of the inside of the cup unit (110), into the filter assembly (700).
